If you're looking for a Creamy Jalapeño Sauce, you have to try our White Hot Sauce, Leche Diablesa - it has amazing flavor that will keep you wanting more! Made with all-natural vegan ingredients including Coconut, Lime, Jalapeños, Thai Chiles and spices, this amazing creamy hot sauce is our best seller! Every time we have tastings at events, people are blown away and we often sell out of all of our bottles of this amazing white hot sauce! Leche Diablesa is our shining star of all of our hot sauces due to it's unique and delicious flavor profiles.
Unlike a lot of Creamy Jalapeño Sauces out there, this one is dairy-free and vegan as it uses Coconut milk to give it a wonderful aromatic creamy texture and flavor. The coconut flavor paired with Jalapeños, lime and Thai Chiles makes for the most decadent hot sauce ever. It is amazing when sprinkled over everything from tacos to pasta. We also love to use this creamy jalapeño sauce as a dipping sauce – just pour some into small bowls, then dip roasted vegetables, tofu, mushrooms, Seitan, potatoes, bread or chips into this amazing sauce – you're tastebuds will be in spicy coconut heaven.
Don't worry, it's not too Hot! Speaking of spicy, this Creamy Jalapeño Sauce has just the right amount of heat. Like all of our small-batch Colorado hot sauces, this sauce was designed to pair with food, not to overwhelm your palate. Chef John created all of our hot sauces for our former Denver restaurant, The Crushery, as he felt that the other hot sauces available were too overpowering on food, whether it was from too much heat, salt or vinegar. This white hot sauce has just the right amount of heat to make you crave bite after bite, and you can still taste your food! Leche Diablesa is also gluten-free and preservative-free, it's made from fresh, REAL ingredients, and has no fillers – this is an all natural sauce that you can feel good about adding to your recipes.
We LOVE this Creamy Jalapeño Sauce on vegetarian tacos! These soyrizo and purple sweet potato tacos were delightful with a drizzle of Leche Diablesa!
Make sure to try Leche Diablesa as a dipping sauce, it goes great with everything! P.S. As this is made from all natural coconut milk, when it is refrigerated after opening, it is wise to run the bottle under hot water to warm it up and shake thoroughly so that it pours out nicely. (The Coconut solidifies at cooler temperatures, so this helps warm it back up to it's liquid state). Enjoy!
